  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the julienned carrots and broccoli florets, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers and zucchini, and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips

To add protein, include tofu, chicken, or shrimp during the stir-fry. Pair with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
