Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 to 6 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets, thawed and chopped
  • 6 to 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan)
  • 1/4 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Sauté cauliflower and garlic in olive oil.
