Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or beef/Italian sausage mix
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- Pinch oregano
- Pinch basil
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 26 oz pasta sauce
- 1 can pizza sauce
- 1/8 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- Pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone
- Additional Parmesan for topping
- Herbed Parmesan Drop Biscuits (2 1/4 cups baking mix, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 2/3 cup milk)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Mix pasta with marinara sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Top with more cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes until bubbly.
