8 oz dark chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients until well blended.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving or transferring to a wire rack.
