Decadent strawberry-filled crepes with a creamy cheesecake twist.

8 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cups diced strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp kosher salt
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup water
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Heat oil in large pot, sauté onions, garlic, and carrot until softened.
Stir in cumin, turmeric, and paprika.
Add chicken, lentils, broth, and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 25 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm with lemon wedges.
